Join us for the much-needed class offered by our very own, Evette LaPaille-Thomas and Philip Thomas! A MATTER of BALANCE: Managing Concerns about Falling. A no cost class for balance awareness and exercises for Elders. This is not an exercise class, but a course that approaches how to improve your balance and ways to make your life safer from falls.
