Membership Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals who live in the Anderson Valley area and are 50 years of age or older.
Membership Fees: There are two membership categories:
Note: Paying the membership fee annually instead of monthly or quarterly offers a savings of one month’s fees. Memberships can begin at any time during the year.
Pilot Membership Assistance Program: With some generously donated money, the Village has begun a Membership Assistance program offering a reduced Membership fee to those who might not otherwise be able to join. If you are interested in joining the Village at the reduced rate, please call The Village Coordinator, 707-684-9829 or Philip Thomas, 707-895-3595.
Membership Services: Membership is required in order to view or request Volunteer Services and Services for Hire. The information is available upon logging in to the website or by contacting The Village Coordinator.
Service Area: Our service area is not easily defined on a map. Our goal is to serve the residents of Anderson Valley, which encompasses the towns of Navarro, Philo, Boonville, and Yorkville and extends up into the surrounding hills.
The actual boundaries, however, may sometimes be limited by the challenges of traveling our backcountry roads. Members whose homes are accessed by roads that are unusually long or require four-wheel drive may find that there are fewer volunteers who can help them.
Membership Application: Becoming a member is easy. Complete and submit an Anderson Valley Village Membership Application Form and meet with a Village representative, who will answer your questions and review the Village benefits, guidelines, and requirements. To obtain a Membership Application Form, call The Village Coordinator or click here to download a copy.
