Empowering Caregivers Through the IHSS Career Pathways Program

Exceptional care starts with caregivers.

In September 2022, California launched an ambitious initiative that offers paid training opportunities to more than 650,000 homecare providers across the state. Known as the In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) Career Pathways program, the initiative focuses on building provider knowledge and skills to manage and increase the quality of care, promote meaningful communication, and improve care outcomes for IHSS and Waiver Personal Care Services (WPCS) recipients.

Register and join us on April 3 from 10:30 am to Noon PT to discover how this pioneering initiative is reshaping the caregiving landscape and empowering caregivers with skills and opportunities to excel in their roles. This virtual session will explore outcomes and lessons learned and feature a vibrant panel discussion about the future of IHSS Career Pathways.
